Description
This cheese has a pleasant hickory smoke flavour with a cheesy aroma. It grates and melts very well. It can also be turned into a cheese sauce by heating it up with a plant-based milk.
Try in a grilled cheese with pickled onions, on a burger or grated into hot soup.
